When services are required (after pre-qualification) our technical team will provide a detailed SOW to more than one provider in that region (or planned to be in the region at the time of the project) discuss any questions and take receipt of a competitive quotation adhering to the specification. Reason for contacting more than one qualified provider includes:

One may or may not have resources available when required
Create a validation mechanism on the effort (cost) and turnaround (schedule)
Provide a backup should one provider encounter issues that preclude timely completion
One may have available resources that can be offered more cost effectively
